The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a charming and cozy atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it perfect for senior people like me.
I would have appreciated having more assistance from the children working there, especially in terms of helping senior guests with their luggage.

The apartment had a well-supplied kitchen and a lovely view from the kitchen table. The pool was excellent and the location was ideal, with a supermarket close by and the tourist office opposite. The beach, restaurants, and attractions were all centrally located. The excursion staff were extremely helpful with bus times and recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Parque Santiago 2 Apartamento 410. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. the pool was excellent, and we loved the convenience of the bar and restaurants by the poolside. One person who truly made our trip special was Miguel, the guy in the excursion room. He was incredibly helpful, providing us with bus times, restaurant recommendations, and more. We highly recommend him to everyone. If we visit again, we would definitely rent this apartment. Cons: Nothing to mention. 👍.
